Looking for Team members to Upload Animax Dubbed Videos

Well, considering we're all pretty desperate for Fairy Tail episodes in english, I'll offer to try syncing and uploading the episodes - i'm usually good when it comes to audio-synching, but i'll just have to find good places to upload them.
Would you happen to have audio files for episodes 38, 39, 40, 42, and 43?
If you do, then that would be great!
Only because it's better when episodes are uploaded in order without any missing. =]

you can get audio for those ep from CARTOON-WORLD.ORG
they have those vids already srync. ready to be watched.

you can always extract the audio from those vids.
43 is missing...nobody has it.

so you can synchronize audio with video.Basically we time the animax dub audio with japanese subs/dvds rips to create HQ Animax dubs.
most of my recent work are like that.Being an audio engineer,can you tell me a way to remove the buzzing sound in recording when recorded at high volume or due to microphone defects.
