Please suggest things to improve Animax channel and why you think those will improve the channel?

Since people are complaining about the inclusion of live action movies they could replace that segment with some sort of behind the scenes of anime production or the history of anime or even the history of Japan for that matter; I'm sure that fans would love to know about the place anime comes from. They could even air anime conventions or comicons from time to time. They can also add a vintage anime movie segment on a particular day of the week. There are lots of things that can be done to spark the hardcore anime fanbase interests
and up their ratings dramatically in my view. But thats just my view anyways. I'm eager to see what other people have in mind for improvements. This is a great topic to build on. Thanks for posting it.

how about start airing the anime in atleast 720p hd quality? the source is in hd and stereo audio so do some justice to it. present sd quality is blurry.

wat i always keep thnking is e1 though animax is such an awesome channel, it lacks ads for sure as hell!! there are no ads at al.. which shows its lack of publicity in india.. its not popular lik th other channels e1 though it shows the best shows i must say!! and recently i saw that naruto is gonna be aired on animax asia but not in india.. another heartbreak.. they shud popularise themselves as the 1st step of improvement.. and yeah i miss the gud old shows lik ranma,etc.. ):

why do you want ads? if i had an anime channel, i wouldn't put ads in it. airing ads does not mean its popular. its just a source of income to the channel.

i'd broadcast anime movies everyday at 9 or 11pm for sure. animax hardly broadcasts anime movies.

Animax delayed the release of Naruto and Keroro Season 3 which will likely be aired next month.

This month the only new English dubbed anime they'll show is Cardfight! Vanguard and most likely this one will be a Canadian dub(Kidani-san of Bushiroad commissioned Blue Water Studios to do an English dubbed version of CV last year). :thumbsup:

not removing shows from the list would be pretty awesome; that way less people complain about it, other than that the only think i can think of would be to offer better quality graphics where possible

Yeah, like what was said about the dubbed Lucky Star and 07-Ghost. That never happened. Same with Madoka Magica. THat never happened. And Cardfight! Vanguard doesnt have any English dub yet. I saw in ANN and its a brand new show.

Well, if not many people watch that part, the advertisers will stop buying advertising space on that section and hte show will get canceled.
