They just make excuses or say crap like "THE CONTENT AQUISITION IS DONE AT AN EXECUTIVE CORPORATE LEVEL!!! WE DONT HAVE INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED IN THIS!!!!"""" but they steal the subcribers money!!!!!

Don't know about other countries but Indian won't like subs on TV.They aren't subscribing or even getting a DTH connection just to watch Animax airing subs throughout the year.There are tons of fansubs...why would someone waste money on DTH to watch subtitled anime.Believe me,most of the DTH users are using DTH because most cable don't have Animax now.. -_-;

Frankly speaking....if you can't dub new shows,air some previously dubbed shows...nobody will hang you or anything rather many might even be satisfied watching old shows and newbie would surely like classics rather than anime filth which are being created these days... 

well...i am only hoping for new fairy tail and winter sonata...Airtel!! don't betray me before their airs!!

Yeah 1/2 anime are subs, 1/2 are crappy non-recent dubs. And some are live action shows and what is this "AUTODESK PANORAMA?"

And its not Indians. Animax India is now controlled by the main head office (Singapore). Right after Sundar Aaron (Head of Animax India) retired, things became disasterous and its now controlled by a new idiot-head in Singapore.

Animax has aired most subs on TV than any other channel. Even Crispin Freeman thinks its stupid to air subs on TV.

Fansubs are not only killing Animax but killing the whole anime industry. You should watch Greg Ayres's panels on youtube once in a while. I copied that onto this website.

Even Crispin Freeman agrees that the Japanese aren't creating great anime these days. The Japanese people are so retarded.

I hate how Greg Ayres acts like we're hardcore otakus and like any crap thats anime...

There is hardly any HARDCORE OTAKUS which you speak of. Most hardcore otakus are in USA and that is like less than 1% of the population.

Not true, Anime in Japan is heavily dependant on USA market as much as Japanese market (licensing money). If it folds in USA, it folds everywhere. Anime will completely be gone. That is what Greg Ayres was saying and that crazy bitch.

i don't agree with you....Japanese anime business has nothing to do with USA's market.Hardly any new dubs are being licensed and released in USA but anime business in japan is still the same or may be even risen in past few years...

its not that USA companies are funding Japanese anime studios....yes for licensed anime like bleach,naruto etc fall in this category but not all anime are licensed... so ,to say USA's companies like funi and viz are holding the keys for whole anime world's fate...is just foolish...thing to say..

I care about this industry.Look at my signature.If Animax goes then i will be stuck watching Tom & Jerry,Chhota Bheem(complete crap by the way),and the other things the show on CN and Pogo.I dont want this industry to fold.
True though,these subs are total crap.Letter Bee is the only subbed anime I watch,because of the storyline.
And whats up with you shadee88??You seem to be stressed??
I do wish that Animax would re air the old ones they had dubbed.It would make Animax watchable again.

Animax is removed from Bangladesh.My friend from there notified me  ... he was very sadden.Now its our turn to suffer... -_-;

most of the "{DTH}" providers removed Animax. But lot of other cable companies have it. If Airtel removes Animax, you have to revert back to cable.

And if you do care about the anime industry,

2 things.

stop downloading anime and support them with your money.

and

why the hell would you care about an industry that steals your money, deprives you, and sells you crap "like the new shows are".

if the industry deprives me and tries to steal my money, then I would love to see the anime industry die.

reason behind me getting Airtel DTH was because my cable operator removed Animax.Though we had a Cable STB which had it and believe me...quality was much better but due to intermittent service of cable, i bought Airtel STB.

Me,has never cared for English dubbed anime industry ...it doesn't matter to me if they die or stay but would be devastated if Japanese Anime Industry closes for any reason...

I am getting more inclined to original subbed/fan subbed anime day by day because of inferior quality dubs from both Animax and US companies which they are producing these days...I might even learn japanese someday if this continues...

But still there are other cable providers that has Animax. Hathway still has it and some other local cable networks. Animax India is still available on a local cable network. So just because Airtel gets rid of Animax, Animax India wont be entirely gone (yet).

I really hope one day Animax will realize their mistake and try to improve and cater to the subscribers better.

Also disobeying the subcribers is a VERY SERIOUS OFFENSE TO THE LAW!!!!! Animax said on FAQ page that they will cater to requests but they dont listen. If I were you, or if Animax was in the states, I would file a lawsuit against them.

1) Animax India should stop broadcasting any Non - Anime content in its channel.

2) It would be better if they keep the content editing to a minimum.

3) Start broadcasting Anime Movies from classic Anime series. (example- Ranma half Ova). We would really like to know what happens to our favorite anime characters down the line.

4) Dub and feature Animes from the late 90's. The anime from these times are much more watchable.

Lastly, never close down. Keeping in mind that there are substancial number of Anime viewer in India, just that they aren't watching the kind of Anime that is being featured over the last couple of years.

Hope that someone is atleast reading these suggestion from Animax India. Thats my concern.
