Customs duty on anime figures - 35%, manga & artbooks - 25%?

For anime figures (scale models, dolls, dollfies included i think, since it mentions clothed or not)

Boy - importing sure is going to get more costlier now.

May be this is for commercial import.

I've been charged around 17% on the figures and 30% on DVDs.

So far I've not paid any duty on artbooks... possibly because I buy 2-3 artbooks at a time.
