Not exactly... but I do want him to grow up a bit...... he is less mature than Shippo right now..... and that has not changed over 167 episodes..... it is annoying...... especially after considering his past one would assume that his life has taught him something to make him act a little more mature........

that's the difference between inuyasha n sesshy.
Sesshy carries one expression where as inuyasha shows all kinds of expression.

In the end... all I can say, that until the authors finish the story, we'll never imagine IY to be equal to (let alone better) than his brother.

That could be one good point about him... people/demons with less expressions can prove to be more boring in a long run... I bet the authors know this fact very well...

I dont totally dislike him as a character...... I dislike the fact that the mangaka hasnt tried to show any kind of growth in his character.

The only thing that has changed is that he travels with a group now and is a bit more trusting of others..... this happened early in the series and nothing since then....(However recent chapters of the manga seem to offer some promise. He might still grow up).....

For an example of character growth......

Sesshomaru has grown from a vicious killer to a guy who protects a human like Rin.... He has come to realize what his path in life should be.... He has accepted that he will never possess the Tessaiga.....

Inuyasha will always be Inuyasha .. He is supposed to Be Childish .. not everyone is all sober and Cold like his Bro .. Not Everyone is a women nicer like the monk .. I like the variety if characters shown in the series .. if u ask me, its just not fair to campare them at all  :lac:
And Besides Inu is a puppy and puppies are always Rash .. I love Him For It and I adore Puppies

i give you a spoiler *In the lastest Vol of the manga seshu gonna fight with inu to absorb the powers of tetsusaiga and that too under naraku's influence !  can you believe this*

In all good faith I think that without his influence..... Sessho would have walked away.......

Anyway..... with the souped up Tensaiga..... he could blow away IY without any worries.... but of course the mangaka wont allow that to happen.......
