PS: As you've noticed, some Anime are split into 2 groups and rated.. one part under =$ , and the other part under -$. That's because- I'll explain it with an example.. I've rated most Episodes of Inuyasha as 4 Stars(or highly entertaining) and a few Episodes which I didn't like, I've rated it 1 star. For some Anime I've specified what those "Few Episodes" were... Eg: "Naruto (DD) (-$ : only Chunin Exams and Tsunade Arc)", but I didn't specify them for most Anime because they would clutter the list.

PPS: Just because an Anime is given 1 or 0 stars doesn't necessarily mean they are bad Anime to others. They may or may not be bad to others, but they were bad Anime to me.

PPPS: "in order" implies the list in a rating is in order. So the Anime at the top is better than the Anime following it. "in no particular order" implies the stack is not in order. Or in other words, the list is jumbled.

Yeah, technically there should be only 4-
Level 1- Masterpiece
Level -2 Entertaining
Level -3 Boring
Level -4 Revolting

But within entertaining, there are some Anime which are really entertaining but short of the Masterpiece level, and Anime which is regular/plain entertaining/enjoyable. I tried really hard to think of vocabulary which would perfectly divide those 2, but I couldn't.. probably because those 2 are sub divisions of the same 2nd level. The same goes for barely enjoyable and boring.
If they are really hard to segregate then following the 4 level system would be appropriate. But nothing is impossible as there is a way..
Just list the Anime under Level-2/Entertaining but stack them in order of most enjoyable to least enjoyable. Then choose an Anime/point of seperation and seperate that level into 2 different star ratings. My list is 'in Order' if you havent' noticed.

I have finished making my list.. but a bit hesiatnt to post since it would be shocking. To my surprise, the longest list is in Zero Stars.  -_-;
But I'm glad I finally completed the list.. I've been putting that off for years. All the Anime I've ever watched have been finally rated.

hehe.. yeah. Just couldn't find another Anime on the same level as GB. There was always a little bit of flaw somewhere, in the others. Still the length of zero list was a shock for me. Normally I'm careful before I download an Anime, but with Animax, you just get to see everything and as a result the zero list gets longer.
Anyway.. my entire list has been posted.


Ok.. I've included the Level Ratings as well. People can choose between the 2 modes of ratings.
One fundamental difference between Level and Star ratings is that Level is Absolute while Star is a bit flexible. For Eg: While L-4 is revolting, Zero stars is just extremely boring, but the Anime in it may or may not be revolting. Another Eg: 2 stars isn't outright 'boring', because there is small amount of enjoyment in it.
You could Also say Star is more of 4 levels of enjoyment and 2 levels of boredom. 5 stars.. extreme, 4 stars.. high, 3.. normal, 2.. low. 1 star normal boring, 0.. high/extreme.

hehe.. I knew there was gonna be some raised eyebrows.
No Ai.. GITS-2 is rated 4 stars. Only a few episodes ended up in the bottom.
Astro boy and Cyborg 009.. I just couldn't get into these Anime. Maybe I should give these 2 a second try.
Regarding Haruhi Suzumiya.. well what can I say.. You're talking to a guy who has over 30GBs of educational stuff, and paper cut outs on nothing but the universe.. that's ofcourse excluding numerous Space sim games. An annoying school girl controlling the universe is something I can't digest. It's kinda like a blasphemy for me. But inspite of this a few episodes were rated decent. 
The rest- Azumanga Daioh, Gokusen, Haibane Renmei, Honey and Clover, Silent Mobius, The Vision of Escaflowne, Witch Hunter Robin, Wolf's Rain.. they are just dull, slow moving etc etc...

BTW, how's your list progressing Ai? I'd love to see your list.. L1 & L4 in particular.

Nice.. And I see you've grouped them in alphabetical order.
But I thought you were gonna group them in 4 distinct levels. Anyway, it's just like you said, nothing earth shattering here.

It's nice to see our lists overlapping in several places.. including Getbackers. 

I heard a lot of ppl like Aria becasue it's a relaxing Anime. I never knew it leaves that much of an impression on viewers.
I'm somewhat pleased you didn't rate FLCL high. I've haven't watched that Anime.. but known what's in it.

Talking about 'earth shattering', I remember first saying that to someone's list but couldn't remember who it was.  >_< Anyway.. your Anime collection, I never knew you had such a detailed list. I remember seeing an excel like sheet for your collection, not a blog format. But I'm still blown over by both the size of your collection, and your effort to make the list. Superb work!!!

PS: As you've noticed, some Anime are split into 2 groups and rated.. one part under =$ , and the other part under -$. That's because- I'll explain it with an example.. I've rated most Episodes of Inuyasha as 4 Stars(or highly entertaining) and a few Episodes which I didn't like, I've rated it 1 star. For some Anime I've specified what those "Few Episodes" were... Eg: "Naruto (DD) (-$ : only Chunin Exams and Tsunade Arc)", but I didn't specify them for most Anime because they would clutter the list.

PPS: Just because an Anime is given 1 or 0 stars doesn't necessarily mean they are bad Anime to others. They may or may not be bad to others, but they were bad Anime to me.

PPPS: "in order" implies the list in a rating is in order. So the Anime at the top is better than the Anime following it. "in no particular order" implies the stack is not in order. Or in other words, the list is jumbled.
