From what I've seen and experienced, the only way to contact the channel is via snail mail. Feedback doesn't help since you either get redirected to the asian website or they just ask you to check the community or ask the mods there for help. And it really can't be helped when it comes to animax because some or maybe most of the asian side networks are airing dramas and other shows along with anime (I think). Otherwise I don't see a point in bringing such things just for the heck of it. Animax has been dead for a really long time now. I think it died when it stopped looking at what its members (who loyally joined their community) wanted. There have been countless times when people requested some of the old shows to be brought back but it all fell on deaf ears as people aren't sure if the channel representatives even bother looking at what's posted on their community much less reply to it.
In South America, initially Animax aired anime, subtitled <sometimes dubbed but mostly subbed> in Spanish/Portuguese. Then HBO bought Animax, and they wanted to do things their way. They aired more American sitcoms and movies and the channel eventually stopped airing anime [still having Animax name]. This caused many South Americans to get very angry and unsubscribe for the channel. Finally, the channel is gone and removed from the channel list due to lack of viewers.
Same happened to Portugal and Africa.
Animax also got removed from Vietnam.
Animax hasn't launched in United States yet, but I'm not sure if they ever will. ;(
