Anyone here like that? I'm sure everyone's heard of it, but it's a twelve-volume-long series about a school girl, Sakura Kinomoto, who has to collect magical cards that she accidentally set free, known as Clow Cards. She also has to find ways to impress her crush, Yukito Tsukishiro. Bad summary, I know, but seriously... Who hasn't heard of this series? XD

I personally prefer the anime, but the manga is good because it doesn't have annoying filler and useless Clow Cards (The Sweet, The Lock...).

They are re-releasing the series currently in omnibus form.  I hightly recommend the manga, it ends a lot better than the anime does, in my opinion.  And I think, once you read the end, the fact that the Clow Book just happens to be at Sakura's house in the first place makes way more sense than it does in the anime.

I completely and totally agree. I'd always wondered how the book got there and was a bit annoyed at the fact that they never really explained it that well in the anime. Once I read the manga though, everything made so much more since. And like someone said before me, you don't have to suffer through fillers. They weren't horrible. They were just kind of... -_-;

Though the anime is quite good, I still prefer the manga.

Never read the manga either, but I really like the anime series though.
