this series is a wonderful classic, i love it too, and have watched it many times. It is quite interesting as the visual content is quite minimal overall, compare to many others and very stylized but...none of that keeps from being a huge success. The main girls it focuses on, a small group, is varied and fun to follow as we get to see them go thru all three years of high school. There are challenges and dramas but there are no dark sides or shady elements and it is totally fit for young children as well as young adults, so I highly reccomend it for parents who are looking for good anime for both boys and girls of any age, as well as for adults too. A fine work and a long full series too. It will remain a lasting classic i am sure.
