What is/are your broadband ISP(s)? How do you rate their service.
ISP: BSNL (Home)
Service: I'm satisfied with the download speed. However there are serious downtime. I detected a down time of around 8%. Service at local exchange is often a problem due to no availability of engineers.
Period Of Usage: Its been nearly a year since I switched to 512 Kbps Unlimited scheme.
ISP: Reliance (Office)
Service: I'm satisfied with the download speed. Downtimes are less. I detected a down time of around 2%.
Period Of Usage: 3 Years.
ISP: Tata-Indicom (Office)
Service: Download speed are ok. But downtime is very high, nearly 15%.
Period Of Usage: 1 Year.
